Ritz Carlton Residences

Working alongside Piero Lissoni and Stantec, Imobili was responsible for choosing and procuring the materials for the Ritz Carlton Residences in Miami Beach. Balancing the needs of the developer while keeping the concept of the designer in place was the top priority for this luxurious project. Welcoming, elegant and minimalistic, the shared spaces are designed as impeccably as each of the individual residences. Most notably is the ambiance in the lobby, with exclusive handcrafted accents, artisan objets d’art and a striking staircase using French oak sourced in Holland for the steps.
